Following the Executive Order given by the governor of the state of Tennessee,  we will be open for Essential and Emergency Care Only until April 13th, 2020. If you have an upcoming appointment scheduled before April 13th, a member of our staff will be reaching out to you shortly to reschedule your appointment.
